Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at support@getcremacraft.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request and get back to you within 2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that are damaged due to misuse, missing parts not caused by our error, or items returned after the 7-day window.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at support@getcremacraft.com.
